The idea behind the setup

What is DusterHouse?

DusterHouse is my compact travelling basecamp, built around a Dacia Duster Extreme 4×4 and a Maggiolina Airlander Plus Small rooftop tent. The car carries the journey; the tent, bedding, storage and portable power turn the setup into a place to stop, sleep and prepare for the next day outdoors.

I put it together as a connected system: vehicle and shelter first, then the sleeping kit and the equipment needed to keep cameras and everyday essentials powered. The purpose is simple: bring a practical basecamp along for mountain trips and filming, with each piece serving a clear job. The gear below shows the parts of that setup; the DusterHouse walkthrough shows how they fit into the wider story.
